REGISTRATION

Visit us at book.gocooljm.com to sign up and get started. You can also send us a booking request on WhatsApp at 8764811448.

No! We do not have a registration fee.

Click on HOME, scroll down and click on EDIT PROFILE and then click on “change password”.

Click on HOME, scroll down and click on EDIT PROFILE to edit contact information.

PACKAGE TRACKING

Once you click on “SUBMIT,” an email notification is sent to your email. Upon pick-up confirmation by courier, the tracking status moves to “IN TRANSIT,” and the message advises of “COMPLETE” status when delivered.  

You can also view the progress by clicking on the “TRACKING” tab in the home page’s ribbon.

SENDING

To schedule a job, go to the portal and log in with your email and password.

Once you log in, select “Order Entry.” You are now on the Order Entry page. Here you enter the collection and delivery information, fill in mandatory fields and click “SUBMIT ORDER NOW.”

You are allowed up to 20 lbs. on your order. Any additional lbs. are priced at JA$65.00 per lb. The portal has a built-in weight calculator – scroll to “Description” and enter the amount in the “Weight” field. From here, beside the submit button you can click “CALCULATE THE PRICE OF THIS ORDER” to see the estimated cost.

NB. Ensure to enter your collection and delivery information before calculating price.

If you need clarification about the Weight of your product, you can check websites such as amazon.com and visit weightofstuff.com. GoCool will also weigh the product received; if there is any weight variance, we will contact you before shipping.

The delivery time depends on the level of service the shipper selected, the schedule, and the product size.

You may choose between next-day service and 2-day service.

DELIVERY

Items that are prohibited, such as toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.

We currently deliver island-wide; please refer to Delivery Schedule for days and parishes.

GoCool has a schedule for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA) areas.

Book a pick-up on Friday and we can deliver it to any of the 6 daily parishes on the schedule.

Please place a pick-up request for the next-day services by 2:00pm Monday to Friday.

There are a few ways to validate your Proof of Delivery (POD). First, upon delivery, the driver captures the recipient’s signature by either the mobile device or a physical Waybill. 

Additionally, once the courier confirms delivery on their mobile app, it pushes the COMPLETE notification to the your email.
