1. What is GoCool’s branch-to-branch service?
GoCool’s branch-to-branch service allows customers to send and collect packages conveniently from our two designated branches.
2. What branches offer the branch-to-branch service?
Packages can be sent and received from the following locations:
2 Graham Street, Ocho Rios (inside the Guardian Life Building)
Shop 7B, Montego Bay Commercial Centre
We also offer Branch to door – send from any one of our convenient branches to your doorstep.
3. How does the branch-to-branch service work?
When using our branch-to-branch service, customers can rest assured that they are not alone. Our support agents, available on location or via our call center, are always ready to assist. You can conveniently drop off your package at a designated branch anytime between 9 am and 5 pm, while our agents take care of the rest. They will securely label and transfer your courier package to the designated address, providing you with the support you need throughout the process.
4. Are there any size or weight limits for items transferred via the branch-to-branch service?
Maximum weight for drop station are 50lbs, small boxes.
5. What payment methods are accepted for branch-to-branch transfers?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
